Remember, the key to this work is to complete all the steps. Don't be tempted to skip them. Doing the inner work is magical and that's where you start to see real, transformational changes.
Day 1: Reconnect with Your Inner Strength
We often forget how resilient we are, especially when life gets tough. Today’s challenge is all about reconnecting with your inner strength—those qualities that help you get through difficult times.
Reflection Prompt:
Think back to a time when life threw a challenge your way, and you pushed through. It doesn’t have to be a monumental achievement—what matters is how you overcame it. What qualities did you rely on to move forward? Was it resilience? Determination? Compassion for yourself?
Action Step:
Write down a few qualities that helped you in that moment. These are the strengths that will carry you through this week and beyond. You’ve overcome challenges before, and you can do it again.
Encouragement:
Start your week with the belief that you already have what it takes to reclaim your confidence. You’re stronger than you think, and today is just the beginning.
Optional Next Step: If you want to dig deeper into rediscovering your inner strength, check out my book, Rise. Reclaim. Roar!, where I share even more tools for building resilience.
Day 2: Anchor Into Your Strengths
Yesterday, you reconnected with the inner qualities that make you strong. Today, we’re focusing on your specific strengths—what are you proud of? What have you achieved that you can build on?
Reflection Prompt:
Think about a time when you accomplished something that made you proud. What strengths or skills helped you get there? Whether it was a big achievement at work, a personal project, or even overcoming a small obstacle, it’s time to recognize the qualities that made it possible.
Action Step:
List three to five strengths that you used to make that accomplishment happen. These can be skills like creativity, communication, or problem-solving. Take a moment today to remind yourself how you can use these strengths to build confidence this week.
Encouragement:
The more you recognise and anchor into your strengths, the more confidence you’ll build. These strengths are already within you—now it’s time to use them intentionally.
Optional Next Step: If you’re looking for a deeper way to reconnect with yourself, my mini-course Spark My Joy offers a creative approach to rediscovering what lights you up and how you can create more time to do more of it.
Day 3: Step Out of Your Comfort Zone
Confidence grows when we challenge ourselves. Today, we’re going to step out of our comfort zone by taking one small but bold action.
Reflection Prompt:
Where in your life have you been playing it safe? Is there something you’ve been avoiding because it feels too scary, or you’re afraid of failing? Whether it’s speaking up in a meeting, trying something new, or even saying “no” to something that doesn’t serve you, today is your chance to take a small step outside of your comfort zone.
Action Step:
Choose one small action that challenges you today. It doesn’t have to be a big leap—sometimes the smallest steps have the biggest impact. Commit to taking that step today and see how it shifts your confidence.
Encouragement:
Growth doesn’t happen in the comfort zone. By stepping into something unfamiliar today, you’re proving to yourself that you are capable of handling whatever comes your way. You’ve got this!
Optional Next Step: If you’re ready to take even bigger leaps in a safe, guided environment, my 1:1 coaching can provide the support and accountability you need.
Day 4: Visualize Your Confident Self
Visualisation is a powerful tool for building confidence. Today, you’ll connect with the future version of yourself—the confident woman you are becoming.
Reflection Prompt:
Close your eyes and picture the version of yourself who fully embodies confidence. How does she carry herself? What does she believe about herself? How does she move through the world? Visualise her in as much detail as possible.
Action Step:
Write a letter from your future confident self to your present self. In this letter, offer advice, encouragement, and guidance. What would she tell you to keep moving forward? How would she help you overcome your current struggles?
Encouragement:
When you visualise your future self, you give your mind a roadmap for how to get there. Use this vision as motivation for taking action today and continuing your journey toward greater confidence.
Optional Next Step: My book Rise. Reclaim. Roar! is full of exercises like this to help you build confidence and step into the best version of yourself.
Day 5: Celebrate Your Courage
You’ve made it to the final day of the challenge! Today, it’s time to celebrate the progress you’ve made and reflect on how you can keep building confidence beyond this week.
Reflection Prompt:
Look back over the past five days. What’s the biggest insight or breakthrough you’ve had? What small wins have you achieved? How does it feel to have taken action and moved toward greater confidence?
Action Step:
Write down three ways you’ll continue stepping out of your comfort zone and building confidence in the weeks ahead. You’ve already proven to yourself that you can grow—now it’s about keeping the momentum going.
Encouragement:
You’ve already taken big steps this week to reclaim your confidence, and this is just the beginning. Imagine where you could be in six weeks if you keep taking these small, courageous steps.
